Qualifikationen

• Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience as a branded hotel Director of Sales.
• Market, BT and pre-opening experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer literacy and financial management.

• Lead the revenue-driven sales department and achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Coordinate with front office to foster an every-sells culture and manage key accounts.
• Manage customer contracts to protect company interests and ensure compliance.
