Naples Hotel Group seeks a Director of Sales to lead strategic sales and marketing for a single hotel property, driving revenue through direct sales, marketing, digital channels, and partnerships. You will align sales plans with the property’s budget and NHG standards, aiming to maximize room and catering revenue and overall ROI.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management and brand accounts, supervise the sales team, and participate in NHG-wide initiatives while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience including direct room sales and marketing execution.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of a hotel sales and marketing department.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth across all segments, including group, transient, contract, and catering/banquets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with revenue goals.
• Monitor brand tools and reports to identify business opportunities and adjust strategies.
