Canvas Hotel Dallas is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure flawless guest interactions, contracts, and client communications. You will work closely with the Director of Sales and Sales Managers to keep the sales engine running smoothly.

In this role you will handle scheduling, event coordination, and data entry, thriving in a fast-paced hospitality environment while delivering outstanding service and earning competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a hotel sales or administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tame the paperwork jungle by managing sales files, contracts, and client communications with flawless records and sharp data entry.
• Bridge teams and clients with clear, proactive communication to keep everyone in sync and ensure quick internal or client solutions.
• Greet clients and team members professionally and coordinate small group sales and meetings to memorable experiences.
• Show up prepared on regular days, weekends, or holidays to cover hotel needs with Aimbridge Hospitality flair.
• Support the sales process to achieve and exceed departmental targets.
