The role requires excellent guest service, clear communication, quick problem-solving, and strong multitasking. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office is a plus; prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
