You will oversee reservations, rates, and promotions while maintaining top-tier service and safety standards. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and problem-solving to create unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

• Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations and VIP requests.
• Track logs, manage messages and packages, ensure details are handled professionally and quickly.
• Monitor rates, packages and promotions to boost room revenue while delivering value to guests.
