Canvas Hotel Dallas is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and set the tone for unforgettable guest service. You’ll ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, greet guests warmly, and handle VIP requests with poise.

In this role you’ll coach staff, manage guest concerns, and uphold safety and standards while keeping operations running smoothly. If you excel at leading by example and turning moments into memorable experiences, this is your spotlight.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful.
• 2–3 years progressive hotel or related field experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet certification requirements (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid).

• Greet guests warmly and ensure smooth check-ins/outs.
• Track messages, logs, packages, and ensure details are handled promptly.
• Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue and value for guests.
• Lead, train, and empower the front desk team while maintaining safety and standards.
