Canvas Hotel Dallas is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by winning new accounts and building lasting relationships. As a key link to the Director of Sales, you will focus on leisure escapes, business stays, and vibrant group bookings to elevate revenue and guest experiences.

You thrive on wins, enjoy variety, and bring strong selling skills, organization, and collaboration. This overtime-eligible role offers growth within a boutique hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel sales experience a plus.
• Strong communication and professional selling skills; ability to negotiate and multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals and hitting solicitation targets.
• Proactively reach out with solicitation calls, lead sales tours, and host clients from Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.
• Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments with attentive service.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead and capture opportunities.
• Represent the hotel in the local community and industry organizations while upholding standards.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations and assist management as needed.
