Canvas Hotel Dallas is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team. You will manage files, contracts, client communications, and booking details, acting as the hub that keeps the sales engine running smoothly.

Collaborate with the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and Catering Manager to coordinate small group events, greet clients, and ensure seamless service. Flexibility to cover weekends and holidays is valued in this fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a hotel sales or administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Filing paperwork and managing sales files, contracts, and client communications with accuracy and speed.
• Coordinate communications between teams and clients to keep everyone in sync and respond quickly to requests.
• Greet clients and team members professionally and coordinate small group sales and meetings to create memorable experiences.
• Stay flexible to cover weekends or holidays as needed to support hotel operations.
• Support achievement of departmental goals and assist in the sales process as required.
