Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Denison/Sherman at Texoma Event Center is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the hotel’s Sales Department in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with sales inquiries, proposals, contracts, event details, room blocks, client communications, and follow-up activities to maximize revenue from meetings, conferences, weddings, and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel or event coordination experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Sales and Sales Managers.
• Answer incoming sales calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical sales files and reports.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
• Manage client information and sales databases; assist with reports.
• Coordinate group reservations, room blocks, and event details.
• Assist with meetings, events, and banquet coordination; prepare BEOs.
