Job summary

The Row at Assembly Row, a Colwen Hotels Property, seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing room blocks, groups, events, and billing. You will be a key reference for clients and guests, coordinating site tours and ensuring timely materials.

Responsibilities

• Assists the sales team with leads, group detailing, events, site tours, event detailing & event execution
• Coordinate the sales team by managing room blocks, groups, and schedules, distributes BEO’s, group billing, organize filing, and communicating relevant information
• Respond to client needs throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with other departments as necessary
• Responsible for sales office coverage
• Provide administrative support to the sales team including, but not limited to, answering phones, correspondence, assigning activities, assisting in site tours and reports, room blocks
• Assists the Sales Team with day of coordination, and execution for groups, meetings and events
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales-related material, including event billing
• Must be able to show initiative including guests and operation needs
• Prepare written correspondence, group resume, weekly BEO’s and reports and other reports as requested by the sales team
• Perform other duties as assigned
