Buffalo Lodging Associates seeks a Sales Coordinator to support sales systems, databases, and materials for the Courtyard Providence Lincoln property. You will help manage group room blocks, prepare marketing materials, and assist the sales team in developing future and repeat business.

The role requires front desk or sales support experience and strong computer skills with hotel systems. Based at the Lincoln, RI property, this position offers benefits and opportunities within a leading hotel

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or as sales support.
• Strong computer skills including intranet and hotel systems (FOSSE, OnQ, Delphi).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical, administrative support for sales and catering functions.
• Maintain and organize group room contacts and room block inventories.
• Assist in producing marketing materials and supporting lead development to maximize revenue.
