Job summary

Courtyard Boston Marlborough is seeking an outgoing Hotel Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Department and collaborate with Front Desk and hotel operations. You will help convert inquiries into confirmed business and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating group reservations, room blocks, contracts, and client communications while supporting the revenue goals of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with learning hotel reservation and sales systems.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Front Desk, and hotel operations.
• Assist with group reservations, rooming lists, contracts, and special requests.
• Coordinate communications of group/event details with departments.
• Assist with sales proposals, client follow-up, and hotel events.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between the Sales Department, Front Desk, and hotel operations. You will assist with group reservations, rooming lists, client communications, sales inquiries, event coordination, and follow-up while helping create an exceptional guest experience and support the hotel's revenue goals.

• Respond to client and guest inquiries and assist with new business opportunities.

• Coordinate group reservations, room blocks, rooming lists, contracts, and special requests.

• Communicate group and event details with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.

• Assist with sales proposals, client follow-up, hotel events, promotions, and social media updates.

• Maintain accurate information in hotel sales, reservation, and property-management systems.

• Provide professional customer service and support the Sales team with administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous hotel sales, catering, reservations, or hospitality experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable learning hotel reservation and sales systems.

• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is a plus.

• Ability to learn and apply basic sales techniques.

• Professional, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.

• Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation

$22.00 per hour
