Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management in Austin seeks a Hotel Sales Coordinator to assist clients in booking meeting and event spaces, supporting the sales team and coordinating with hotel departments and vendors to ensure events run smoothly.

You will answer inquiries by phone and email, respond to questions about facilities, rates, room types, packages and promotions, and coordinate with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (hours, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Hyatt experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
