Concord Hospitality is seeking a Catering Sales professional in Austin, TX to drive group business for our hotel. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate events, and develop new accounts while coordinating with internal partners to maximize revenue and space utilization.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, accurate forecasting, and strong relationship-building with clients and partners to ensure successful events and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in catering sales, hotel convention services, banquet management, hotel sales, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier service to internal partners and external clients.
• Respond quickly and professionally across all communication channels.
• Manage pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, space, concessions, and billing.
• Attend customer functions as needed and forecast group rooms and F&B revenues.
• Learn and use digital sales systems and hotel sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Participate in internal meetings, reporting, and training.
