Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking an OurRooms Manager to lead front office, housekeeping, and reservations operations. You will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage expenses to meet budgeted goals.

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach, with English communication skills and experience in hotel operations. A flexible, hands-on manager will be preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel operations experience, including 2+ years supervising front office and/or housekeeping.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and team management skills.
• Basic administrative skills with ability to learn and use various software systems, maintain records, and ensure compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues promptly and effectively.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Organized, practical, and attentive listener with a drive to learn and improve.
• Preferred familiarity with revenue management and local market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in proper uniform and follow Trailborn policies.
• Supervise front office, housekeeping, and reservations to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain staffing and monitor performance to meet budgeted goals.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas and proper appearance.
• Coordinate with other departments to address issues.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Manage expenses including labor, overtime, and supplies.
• Assist in hiring and training staff for guest relations and reservations.
• Lead meetings and communicate daily events.
• Oversee revenue management and local market knowledge.
• Ensure guest issues are resolved promptly.
