Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensure exceptional cleanliness, and uphold brand standards across guest rooms and public areas. This role supervises room attendants, coordinates with Front Office and Engineering, and focuses on coaching teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years housekeeping leadership experience in hospitality.
• Experience supervising housekeeping operations in a hotel, resort, or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms and public areas.
• Lead and coach housekeeping staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate daily room boards and ensure rooms are cleaned and inspected according to standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new housekeeping staff.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment while supporting cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, OSHA, and company policies.
