Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking TheRoom Attendants to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for guests.

You will make beds, change linens, restock towels and amenities, vacuum, dust, and disinfect bathrooms, and report any maintenance issues. A friendly, professional demeanour and English communication are essential, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal English communication required.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Hotel or resort housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize surfaces in guest rooms and public areas.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and wipe desks, tables, and countertops.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Restock towels, toiletries, coffee, and tea.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to guests and respond to their requests.
