The role requires 3+ years of hotel operations experience with 2+ years of supervision, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. You’ll partner with sales to maximize revenue and uphold safety and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hotel operations experience with 2+ years supervising front desk or housekeeping.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and team management.
• Good English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn and use hotel software systems.
• Customer-focused and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with revenue management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office, housekeeping, and reservations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Schedule staff and maintain proper staffing across all rooms, front office, and housekeeping.
• Directly supervise all rooms, front office, and housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and appearance.
• Coordinate with other departments to address issues.
• Manage operating expenses to meet budgeted goals.
• Lead staff meetings and train new hires.
• Assist sales to maximize revenue and yield management.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
