RAM Hotels is seeking a friendly Housekeeper/Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms, ensuring a stellar guest experience. You will follow brand standards, assist guests, and maintain a positive hotel image through professional conduct.

The role requires a high-school diploma or equivalent and at least six months in hospitality or janitorial work, along with strong customer service and physical stamina to lift and move supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or equivalent and a minimum of six months work-related experience (hospitality or janitorial experience preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must have the physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests; anticipate guests needs and respond to inquiries; stay familiar with property location and local attractions.
• Complete required brand-specific training and health and safety training; adhere to brand standards; knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Prepare guest rooms for cleaning: beds, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, replenishing amenities, and restocking supplies.
• Follow lost-and-found procedures and report items promptly to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
