Job summary

RAM Hotels is seeking a friendly and energetic Housekeeper/Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms, ensuring a stellar guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will follow the Executive Housekeeper's directives, maintain high cleanliness standards, and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, is able to lift up to 40 lbs, and can work varied schedules. Prior hospitality or janitorial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or equivalent with hospitality or janitorial experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, attentive service and anticipate guests' needs.
• Complete required brand-specific training and health/safety training per directives.
• Prepare and clean guest rooms to hotel standards, restocking amenities and maintaining cleanliness.
• Familiarize with lost-and-found policy and report items promptly to management.
• Perform additional tasks to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
