RAM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join the team in the Alabama/Georgia region. You will clean and service guest rooms, ensuring a stellar guest experience and maintaining the hotel's positive image under the Executive Housekeeper's guidance.

Kept in a fast-paced environment, you will adhere to brand standards, complete health and safety training, and help guests with inquiries while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Qualificações

• High-school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible to work varied schedules.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests; anticipate guests needs and answer questions that the guests may have pertaining to their visit with us; respond promptly; be familiar with property location, property amenities, as well as local attractions and activities to answer guests' inquiries; resolve guests' complaints to ensure guests satisfaction.
• Complete all required brand specific training; health and safety training; adhere to property brand standards; knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Enter and prepare guest rooms for cleaning per hotel standards: beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, restocking supplies.
• Familiar with the lost and found policy; submit items promptly to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
