Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Revenue Management experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rooms Revenue Strategy, pricing, inventory and distribution decisions.
• Direct Reservations leadership and ensure price integrity across channels.
• Own total-property revenue optimization across all revenue streams.
• Develop revenue analytics, forecasting models and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate commercial strategy into actions.
• Monitor channel performance and adjust strategies for profitability.
