Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Revenue Analyst for its Denver hotel to support the Revenue Management team. The role focuses on preparing and distributing revenue reports, analyzing demand and market trends, and identifying opportunities to optimize pricing strategies across channels.

This position requires solid knowledge of industry reports (STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights), strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, preferably in hotel management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights and similar reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to work quickly in a high-pressure, high-stress environment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly revenue reports.
• Review rates and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Audit PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales & Catering systems for data integrity.
• Communicate revenue strategies to other departments.
• Prepare 14‑day forecast and participate in weekly revenue meetings.
• Analyze market trends and competitor rates.
