Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join the Revenue Management team in Boston. The role focuses on preparing revenue reports, analyzing market data, and identifying revenue opportunities to support yield strategies.

The position requires at least 1 year in hospitality, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills. The analyst will participate in weekly meetings and support forecasting and rate integrity efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Hospitality industry, preferably in Hotel Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Knowledge of industry reports such as STR, Demand360, OTA Insights, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports (market segmentation, production, source contribution).
• Monitor and analyze reports such as STR, Demand360, OTA Insights and present revenue opportunities.
• Assist in ensuring rates are loaded correctly and inventory maintained.
• Participate in weekly revenue management meetings and forecast preparation.
• Act as the Director of Revenue in their absence and provide admin support to Revenue Management.
