Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of revenue management experience, in NYC market preferably.
• Multi-brand or multi-hotel experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Manage group lead process for the Sales Team: Evaluate incoming group leads and RFPs for a specific segment or group of hotels.
• Attend DBR and quote leads that fall out of the established MARS.
• Manage and modify MAR Rates in the Sales System as required under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Revenue Manager.
• Assist Directors of Revenue Management and Directors of Sales in preparing for hotel forecast reporting.
• Support BT Sales with market analysis reporting as needed.
• Accurate preparation and distribution of sales and revenue reports and related tools.
• Perform audits and maintenance on Sales System, PMS and Profit Source with sales teams.
• Group Pickup Tracking: Monitor contracted group blocks vs actualized/picked-up rooms and flag underperforming groups.
• Be knowledgeable of all special rates, promotions, room types, and hotel products.
