Job summary

Highgate Hotels in New York seeks a Revenue Analyst to support the Revenue Management team by preparing revenue reports and analyzing performance using tools like Demand 360, STR, and OTA Insights. You will review data, monitor market trends, and contribute to forecasting and opportunities.

You will communicate findings to Sales and other departments while maintaining accuracy across PMS, CRS, RMS systems and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Hospitality, preferably in Hotel Management.
• Knowledge of industry reports such as STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly revenue reports with market analyses.
• Assist with ensuring all rates are loaded and inventory maintenance is correct.
• Audit PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales & Catering systems for accuracy.
• Communicate revenue strategies to other departments as required.
• Maintain group pick-up reports and coordinate with Sales on upcoming groups cut-offs.
• Prepare Revenue Management reports for related meetings.
• Monitor competition and market trends using tools and online sources.
