Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive revenue optimization across our Denver properties. You will prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensure accurate rate loading and inventory, and conduct audits of PMS/CRS/RMS systems.

You will communicate strategies across departments and participate in forecasting and management meetings. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hospitality revenue experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

1 year hospitality revenue experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Familiarity with STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights.
Proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Accurate preparation and distribution of revenue reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Ensure rates loaded and inventory maintained.
Audit PMS/CRS/RMS content for accuracy and consistency.
Communicate strategies to other departments.
Participate in revenue management meetings and forecasting.
Prepare revenue management reports for meetings.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
