Job summary

Highgate Hotels L.P. is seeking a Revenue Manager to optimize room revenue across a diverse portfolio. You will prepare key performance reports, ensure accurate rate loading and inventory, and analyze market trends to identify revenue opportunities.

You will also support forecasting and act as acting head in their absence, collaborating with sales and CMS teams. The role requires strong Excel skills, BA-level education, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining superior data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality or hotel management.
• Knowledge of industry reports (STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with accuracy.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute revenue reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Ensure rates and inventory are loaded correctly.
• Audit PMS/CRS/RMS systems for data accuracy.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Attend revenue management meetings and present opportunities.
• Act as Director of Revenue in absence and support forecasting.
• Provide admin support to Revenue Management team.
• Update Delphi and related systems per guidance.
