Highgate Hotels is seeking a Complex Revenue Analyst in Boston to join its Revenue Management team. The role focuses on preparing revenue reports and supporting yield strategies for Studio Allston Hotel

The ideal candidate will analyze Demand 360, STR, and OTA Insights data to identify opportunities, maintain revenue reports, and assist with rate loading and system audits. Collaboration with Sales and other departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Hospitality, preferably in Hotel Management.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of industry reports such as STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & high-stress environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional with details and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Prepare revenue reports to assist the Director of Revenue in implementing yield strategies.
• Review and analyze reports (Demand 360, STR, OTA Insights) and present revenue opportunities.
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly revenue reports including market segmentation and production analysis.
• Assist with rate loading and inventory maintenance across PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales systems.
• Communicate revenue strategies across departments and participate in weekly revenue management meetings.
• Develop short and long-term forecasts and provide administrative support to the Revenue Management Team.
