Highgate Hotels, LP seeks a Complex Revenue Manager in Denver to lead pricing and inventory across segments. You will forecast demand, monitor market dynamics, and collaborate with sales to optimize group and contracted business.

The role requires 2+ years in revenue management, Hilton systems knowledge preferred, and strong Excel skills. A bachelor’s in hospitality and the ability to work long hours are expected. This is an on-site position in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
• 2+ years' experience in Revenue Management at manager or senior analyst level.
• Hilton system knowledge (ONQ R&I and GRO) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work long hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Establish hotel pricing levels in all segments.
• Manage daily room inventory and pricing processes.
• Monitor competitor rates and market dynamics; present action plans.
• Communicate occupancy fluctuations to optimize staffing and efficiency.
• Analyze local events and demand to forecast revenue opportunities.
• Develop and maintain short and long-term revenue forecasts.
• Oversee opportunities for contracted business to maximize profits.
• Maintain CRS, RMS, PMS and Sales & Catering systems.
