Qualifications

• Ability to use point of sale (POS) systems.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Push/pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and monitor servers and bussers to meet service standards.
• Supervise service of guests and respond to signals for service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and beverage experience.
• Assist manager with daily side work and coverage planning.
• Handle cash banks following HEI standards.
