Job summary

The Westin Cleveland, a HEI Hotels and Resorts property, is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to assist in Restaurant, In Room Dining, retail marketplace, and events. You will help ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction while supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with the restaurant manager on events and daily tasks to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to use point of sale systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coach and monitor servers and bus persons to adhere to service standards.
• Supervise service of guests and assist guests in need of service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and beverage experience.
• Assist manager to establish and monitor daily side work duties.
