The Westin Cleveland, a HEI Hotels and Resorts property, is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to assist in Restaurant, In Room Dining, retail marketplace, and events. You will help ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction while supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with the restaurant manager on events and daily tasks to deliver memorable experiences.

Overview Assist the Manager's and Masa & Agave associates in the planning and management of the Restaurant, In Room Dining, retail marketplace and contracted private events.
Achieves customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations.
Meets and exceeds restaurant financial goals supports ordering, staff friendliness and process efficiency to the benefit of the guests and fellow employees of the restaurant.
