Job summary

Crowne Plaza Seattle – Downtown, operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking a Reservations Agent for its onsite Sales team. The role requires hotel front desk experience, strong guest service and knowledge of reservation systems. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with compensation $24.00–$25.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College coursework in related field is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and quotes to maximize room revenue.
• Respond to guest inquiries about services, hours, and policies.
• Maintain availability calendar and communicate with operations staff.
• Attend Rooms Merchandising meetings and input trends to maximize revenue.
