Residence Inn Seattle Downtown Lake Union is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team and create memorable guest experiences. You will coach staff, ensure courteous service, handle guest issues, and coordinate with other departments to meet requests in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, coaching, and scheduling for the front office team.
• Ensure guests are served promptly and courteously across all shifts.
• Resolve guest issues to their satisfaction using problem solving.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Review front desk checklists and reconcile charges daily.
