Job summary

Entertimeonline is seeking a Call Center Agent to provide professional telephone and reservation services to hotel guests, handling inquiries, bookings, and payments with accuracy and courtesy.

The role collaborates with Front Office and Hotel Leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences, including check-in/check-out support, and upselling opportunities. A high school diploma and hotel or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of hotel or Front Office experience or 2 years customer service experience.
• Experience with PBX and reservation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and manage reservations and guest inquiries.
• Process check-in/check-out and payments.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to serve guests.
• Maintain accurate reservations and documentation.
• Upsell room types and hotel services where appropriate.
