Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support hotel renovation projects by collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. You will help evaluate project needs from RFPs, solicit quotes, manage purchasing, and track materials while maintaining RFI and submittal logs and closeout documentation.

The role involves coordinating schedules with the project team, reviewing invoices, and occasionally traveling to job sites for prebid and preconstruction activities.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills including basic geometry and arithmetic.
• Ability to navigate and interpret specifications and plans.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a collaborative environment with many different people.

Responsibilities

• Upload and review bid documents.
• Provide quantity take-offs and solicit subcontractor and vendor bids to prepare preliminary project budget.
• Coordinate with Project Team to determine schedule milestones, track materials, and ensure subcontractors are scheduled.
• Maintain and contribute to logs (Submittal, RFI, Change Order).
• Evaluate and approve invoices related to material purchases.
• Participate in project team calls with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Occasionally travel to jobsite for prebid/preconstruction meetings or to stand in for the PM.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout construction.
• Other duties as assigned.
