Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a House Person to keep public hotel areas clean and in line with brand standards and sustainability goals. You will greet guests, inspect areas, and perform cleaning tasks while supporting the team during peak times.

The role involves standing extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and following safety procedures. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
• Collect and dispose of trash from service landings.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Transport linen to the laundry collection site.
• Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
• Work as a room attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and OSHA safety standards.
• Perform duties as requested by management.
