HHM Hotels is searching for a House Person to support our housekeeping team in maintaining spotless public hotel areas and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, perform cleaning tasks, and help with linen transport and restocking as needed.

The role requires standing, walking, and physical activity, with flexibility to work shifts including holidays and weekends. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is recommended.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
• Collect trash from service landings and dispose of it.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Transport linen from floors to laundry collection site.
• Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
• Work as a room attendant during shortages or peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
