HHM Hotels is seeking a House Person to clean and maintain public hotel areas per brand and sustainability standards. You will greet guests, inspect areas, and manage linen and supplies, contributing to guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and following safety procedures. Work schedule varies, including holidays and weekends. Training will cover MSDS and OSHA standards and EarthView practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
• Collect trash from service landings and dispose of in outside dumpsters.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Pick up bed linen from hotel floors and transport to laundry collection site.
• Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
• Work as a room attendant during shortages or peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing satisfaction.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
