HHM Hotels is hiring a House Person to clean and maintain public hotel areas and support guest experiences. You will greet guests, inspect spaces, and uphold sustainability standards under EarthView guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and housekeeping experience. This on-site role requires standing, movement, and adherence to safety protocols; shifts may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
• Collect trash from service landings and dispose of in outside dumpsters.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Collect bed linen, transport to laundry collection site.
• Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
• Work as room attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Practice safe work habits and wear PPE; follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
