HHM Hotels is seeking a House Person to clean and maintain public hotel areas in line with brand standards. You will greet guests, inspect spaces, and support housekeeping operations, including linen transport and linen delivery to assigned sections.

Responsibilities include reporting maintenance needs, ensuring cleanliness, responding to guest inquiries, and stepping in as needed during peak periods. This role emphasizes safety, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
• Collect trash from service landings and dispose of it in outside dumpsters.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Pick up bed and other linen from hotel floors and transport to the laundry collection site.
• Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing department and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
