Job summary

Emeline in Charleston, SC, seeks a friendly PBX Operator to promptly and professionally answer the hotel switchboard, provide reservations and information, and ensure guest concerns are resolved with courteous communication.

You will collaborate with other departments to resolve requests, maintain a courteous demeanor, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience at our hotel within the Makeready collection.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the hotel’s communication systems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
• Follow up and follow through in resolving guests concerns and/or requests courteously and accurately
• Responds to inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns
• Answer all incoming calls promptly in the prescribed manner
• Follows through in resolving guest problems and/or requests courteously and accurately
