Job summary

The Guest House at Graceland is seeking a Full-Time Operator in the Operations Department. The role focuses on ensuring efficient communication within the hotel and delivering attentive guest service. Working days and hours vary, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include answering calls, logging information, assisting with next-day guest arrivals, and maintaining knowledge of all hotel services and policies to resolve guest issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of daily hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
