Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a PBX Phone Operator to deliver warm, hospitality-focused service and assist guests with resort information, reservations, and rate quotes.

You will answer incoming calls, greet guests from around the world, and confirm reservations for individuals or groups while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Availability includes holidays, weekends, and PM shifts (3pm-11:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the resort - including external and internal communications.
• Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomes.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
