Waterford Hotel Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of Front Desk, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand compliance. You will train staff, schedule shifts, and manage departmental budgets to meet financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in hospitality, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to oversee multiple hotel departments while maintaining Waterford’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front desk operations, food & beverage, and housekeeping.
• Track record of achieving guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of front desk, F&B and housekeeping.
• Train, develop and schedule staff to optimize performance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, brand compliance and service quality.
• Manage departmental budgets and financial targets.
• Develop and implement facility and engineering plans.
• Ensure adherence to Waterford Hotel Group standards and pass background checks.
