Waterford Hotel Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of Front Desk, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand compliance. You will train staff, schedule shifts, and manage departmental budgets to meet financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in hospitality, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to oversee multiple hotel departments while maintaining Waterford’s service standards.

Responsibilities

Operations Supervisor Overview:

The right candidate will have experience leading a team to high Guest Satisfaction scores. The Operations Supervisor of this property is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping departments, including training, development, scheduling and strict adherence to all Waterford Hotel Group guest service standards.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

• Ensuring Guest Satisfaction and brand compliance
• Associate Teambuilding and Development
• Communications and Business Plan Follow-through
• Financial and Budgetary Goal Attainment
• Facility Engineering Plan Development and Follow-through
• Overseeing of hotel departments
• You must be able to pass a thorough background check.
