Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee hotel functions including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering/Maintenance. You will drive guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance and ensuring standards are consistently followed.

You will interview candidates, assist in hiring decisions, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service. A strong background in payroll, costs, and controls is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; AS degree preferred in related field.
• 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
• Experience implementing payroll and inventory cost controls.
• Staff management experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a motivating work environment emphasizing teamwork and service.
• Review guest satisfaction results and develop improvement plans.
• Publish guest satisfaction results and handle guest feedback promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and be approachable for guests.
• Ensure team members meet hospitality standards and assist in audits.
