First Hospitality’s Cambria Hotel Milwaukee Downtown in Milwaukee seeks a Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations including food & beverage, front desk, and housekeeping. You will hire, train, and retain a high-performing team, address guest concerns, and promote an inclusive culture aligned with the company’s standards.

The role requires leading operations with professionalism and coordinating across departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hotel operations management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with hotel PMS preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Proactively address guest concerns by ensuring amenities and services are accessible.
• Hire, train, and motivate hotel staff to meet guest expectations.
• Lead the hotel team and promote inclusive culture.
• Communicate across F&B, housekeeping, and front desk to ensure supplies.
• Maintain professional standards and hotel emergency procedures.
