Job summary

Hampton Inn Milwaukee Downtown is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and uphold guest and employee satisfaction. You will lead training, implement standards, and protect assets while ensuring a high-quality product.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, staff development, and maintaining service excellence across departments to meet brand and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business is mentioned as minimum education.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to achieve revenue and profit goals, while maintaining guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality assurance and asset protection.
• Lead, train and support hotel staff with direction and coaching to meet brand standards.
• Monitory guest satisfaction and implement service improvements to raise Medallia scores and guest experience.
